He would always show up on short notice and take us to see potential homes. It was his local area knowledge that enabled us to purchase our new home and we simply could not have done this without him.

Mike is the consummate real estate professional. He brought extensive knowledge of the local market, including alternative and comparable units, and set up the required parameters for getting me information about units I was interested in. On top of that, it was not just a well specified email feed, but he took the time to highlight units (in a long list) to say that he thought were the best based on my combination of needs.

He was clear, proactive and responsive in his communication, outlined the next steps, followed up, and made the whole process very easy from start to finish. He responded quickly and confidently to questions I had about process, how to negotiate, what to focus on, and helped make the experience an overall  positive one.
