Michael was a great help in finding a rental for me. It was my first rental in the GTA and he was able to support me through the whole process. Michael Worked with us through the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing condo. He quickly learned what we wanted and found it for us in a week! He directed me in what I needed to do to sell my existing condo and sold it in 4 days for asking price. Michael is knowledgeable and always available. He would always show up on short notice and take us to see potential homes. It was his local area knowledge that enabled us to purchase our new home and we simply could not have done this without him.

Decided to reach out to Tristan after my husband and I made a swift decision to move our family into a bigger home.
