Since we are first time home buyers, the entire process was very new to us. It was overwhelming at times, but with Mike’s guidance, we managed to find the perfect place to call home. Mike is the consummate real estate professional. He brought extensive knowledge of the local market, including alternative and comparable units, and set up the required parameters for getting me information about units I was interested in. On top of that, it was not just a well specified email feed, but he took the time to highlight units (in a long list) to say that he thought were the best based on my combination of needs.
