Michael was a great help in finding a rental for me. It was my first rental in the GTA and he was able to support me through the whole process. Michael Worked with us through the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing condo. He quickly learned what we wanted and found it for us in a week! Mike is the consummate real estate professional. He brought extensive knowledge of the local market, including alternative and comparable units, and set up the required parameters for getting me information about units I was interested in. On top of that, it was not just a well specified email feed, but he took the time to highlight units (in a long list) to say that he thought were the best based on my combination of needs.

He was clear, proactive and responsive in his communication, outlined the next steps, followed up, and made the whole process very easy from start to finish.
